Digital Goods Nature

Due to the immediate delivery nature of our online courses, digital educational content, and membership access plans, all sales are generally final once payment is cleared and access is granted.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only reviewed and evaluated on a case-by-case basis under restricted circumstances:

A technical malfunction originating from our platform completely prevents access to the digital service, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within seventy-two (72) business hours of written notice.
An accidental or duplicate billing error occurred, resulting in a customer being charged multiple times for the exact same membership plan.

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund evaluation request, email support@albasolutions.online within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase. Include your full name, transaction date, proof of payment, and a detailed description of the technical issue or billing issue encountered.

Cancellation

You may choose not to renew your membership tier at the conclusion of your chosen duration of 2, 3, 6, or 12 months. There are no contract termination fees or hidden cancellation penalties.
